Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you pay monthly, you can cancel your subscription and payments at any time through your RSL account. The subscription will remain active until the next monthly payment is due. 

If you pay annually, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but it will remain active until the next payment is due.

No pro-rata refunds are given when cancelling a subscription before the next payment date. 

A new subscription can be cancelled within 14 days of signing up for the subscription. In this case the full fee paid will be refunded. Please contact us via [e-mail] to request the refund.
