When will I get the exam date for a Face-to-Face exam?

We schedule exam days after the closing date for the exam period. 

When we allocate exam dates we take the following into account, as provided through the Online Entry form:

• Unavailable dates - If your unavailable dates change before we have sent a exam date notification, please contact us. 
• Preferred centre
• Additional scheduling notes

We notify exam dates 2 to 4 weeks before the exam date, but not earlier than 4 weeks before the exam date. In some cases we provide an advance 'Provisional Date' notification. 

If you haven't received a notification it means that the exam is not scheduled to take place within the next two weeks. There is no need to contact us as the exam will be scheduled at a later point. 

As it is possible that email notifications get caught in junk mail folders, you can always check in your RSL account where exam dates will be shown once the notification has been released. Please go to RSL Account - Exams , find the exam and click on 'View Exam Details'.
