What happens if the candidate needs to self-isolate due to Covid and can't attend the exam?

We understand that this out of everyone's control and a particular difficulty during the pandemic. 

We deal with this as a date change and waive the date change fee. Please inform us by submitting a request or emailing us and please include the order number. 

We will offer a new date, subject to availability of a free exam slot. Please note that the slot may not be at your preferred Exam Venue.
