Can I make changes to the entry after it's been submitted?

Yes, you can currently change these three aspects:

• Name on certificate
• Exam dates that can NOT be attended 
• Type of exam (Performance Certificate / Grade Exam (or Graded Certificate if it's a Recorded Digital exam)

To do so, please go to https://cloud.rslawards.com/secure/exams after logging in with your RSL account. 

You will see future (and past) exams listed. For the exam you wish to change, click on 'View Exam Details'. Clicking on the dropdown menu 'Options' will show the three options and each leads to a screen where the information can be edited. 

When editing unavailable dates, please note that these are the dates that the candidate can not attend. When we allocate the exam to a date these dates will be taken into account.

 

For any of the editing options, clicking on 'Cancel' will leave it unchanged and clicking on the blue button will confirm and save the change. 

Please note that editing the unavailable dates is only possible before the exam gets allocated to a  session. Initial allocation is done on a draft basis which means that the date and time is not visible to you. You will find out about the date when we issue a Provisional Exam Date Notification. The full confirmation is issued 2-4 weeks before the exam date.
